In addition, Victory Insurance, rooted in the legacy of Davidson Insurance, provides comprehensive insurance services across Texas. As the Founder and Chairman of Camp Gladiator, Jeff has transformed the organization into a leading fitness platform, while also serving as a Board Member for CG Victory, a non-profit dedicated to youth services. Jeff's career began at Equitable Advisors, where remarkable achievements included being an 18-time Million Dollar Round Table qualifier.
