Katie Wussow

Katie Wussow currently serves as the Vice President of People and Engagement at 49 Financial, where previously roles included Director of Engagement and Development and Director of Learning and Development since June 2022. Prior to joining 49 Financial, Katie founded Wussow Consulting LLC in January 2017, providing business coaching to small business owners and successfully growing the client base to over 80. Earlier in the career, Katie worked as a Consultant at SAIC from January 2007 to October 2011, focusing on financial analysis and strategic planning for municipal utilities, while also managing project teams and daily operations. Katie holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
