Meenakshi Aggarwal-Gupta

Meenakshi Aggarwal-Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and business operations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at 4AM Worldwide since January 2019, Meenakshi has previously held significant academic positions, including Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from January 2014 to December 2018, and Professor at the KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research from July 2012 to December 2013. Meenakshi also contributed to KJ Somaiya Institute in roles as Associate Professor from July 2004 to June 2012 and began the professional career as a Coordinator for HRM at Abhishek Industries Ltd from November 1997 to May 2000. Meenakshi's educational background includes a Fellow in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA in Management from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishvavidyalaya, and a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Kurukshetra University.
