Adam Prus

Adam Prus is currently the EVP of 4A's Benefits at 4A's. Prior to this, they served as the Operations and Financial Officer at Modernista! from April 2000 to July 2009. In this role, they were responsible for establishing financial and operational systems and processes within a start-up environment. Adam also directed all financial and operational functions, including oversight of IT, HR, and Admin groups. Furthermore, they established and supervised the Interactive/Web Development Department, managed banking and legal relationships, and administered client/vendor contracts. Additionally, they supervised the opening of domestic and international satellite offices, setup expat compensation programs and relocations. Lastly, they oversaw corporate and client audits, and valuation activities.

Prior to their time at Modernista!, Adam worked as a Management Consultant at Computershare from May 1999 to October 2000. Before that, they served as the Finance Manager at Digitas from August 1996 to May 1999. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, cash management, and general accounting. Additionally, they oversaw the company's financial reporting process and developed financial models to support business decisions.

Adam began their career as a Financial Analyst at Investors Bank & Trust from April 1996 to July 1996. In this role, they were responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, developing budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis. Adam then became a COO - CFO Consultant at an independent firm from August 2009 to

Adam Prus received their BS in Economics from Penn State University.
