Anthony Romano

Anthony Romano is a highly accomplished marketing and advertising executive, currently serving as CEO of Laughlin Constable and HIVE Content Studio since September 2022. Romano holds significant leadership roles, including member of the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago and The BrandLab, and a position on the Board of Governors for the 4A's Central Region. As the founder and principal of AR Consulting, LLC, Romano provides strategic advisory services to various growth companies. Previous experience includes roles as CMO and CRO at Chameleon Collective and President of the Midwest at Wunderman Thompson, where a multidisciplinary team was guided. Romano has also led BBH New York, achieving notable revenue growth and digital evolution, and held senior leadership positions at R/GA, overseeing key client services and growth strategies. Educational background includes a BS in Marketing, Communications, and Studio Art from New York University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
