Celia Weeks

Celia Weeks is an accomplished HR professional with over thirty years of experience, currently serving as EVP and HR Director at St. John, where they have worked for 40 years. Beginning their career as an Art Director, Celia developed a passion for supporting creative talent in marketing and advertising. Celia has led various HR functions, including talent acquisition and leadership development, while also shaping a culture that empowers and inspires employees. Additionally, they have been a dedicated member of 4A's since 1990, contributing significantly as a board member and former president of the HR Committee. Celia holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications and a minor in Advertising from Florida State University.
