Sharon Napier

Sharon Napier is the Vice Chair at 4A's. Sharon has a long and successful history in the advertising industry. Sharon started their career at Eric Mower + Associates where they were a Senior Partner from 1991 to 1996. Sharon then became the President and CEO of WOLF Group from 1996 to 2004. After that, they co-founded Partners + Napier with John Partridge and Andy Napier in 2006. The agency was acquired by Project Worldwide in 2015 and Sharon stayed on as the CEO until 2018. Rochester Institute of Technology then recruited Sharon to be their first Chief Marketing Officer, a position they held until 2020. Sharon has been an active member of 4A's for many years and is currently the Vice Chair.

Sharon Napier has a Master of Science in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Management from St. John Fisher University.
