Xiaobing W. serves as the China CEO of 4C Air since November 2019, leading the development and marketing of innovative nano-fiber based air filtration media under exclusive Stanford University licenses. Prior to this role, Xiaobing was the Executive President & General Manager at AAF China from February 2016 to May 2019, overseeing business operations across Mainland China and Taiwan within a leading global air filtration solutions provider. Xiaobing also played a pivotal role as the Managing Director at Camfil from April 2001 to December 2015, establishing its presence in China and driving significant revenue growth. Earlier experiences include a position as Business Representative for the Swedish Trade Council and a Marketing and Sales Manager at Yantair. Xiaobing holds two Master's degrees, one in Airborne Contamination Control from Tongji University and another in EMBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
