Celia Downie

Celia Downie is an experienced professional in the field of economics, currently serving as a Manager at 4C Associates since February 2018, where prior roles include Senior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Before this, Celia gained valuable experience as an Economist intern at the Ministry of Justice UK, contributing to the Youth Justice Analysis Programme. Celia completed a BSc in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Bristol from 2012 to 2015, and attended The Priory School in Hitchin from 2005 to 2012.
