Sebastian Kay

Sebastian Kay is currently a Senior Analyst at 4C Associates, working on various projects such as Organisation Design & Process Improvement, Cost Reduction, and Transformation programmes for different clients. Prior to this role, Sebastian worked as a Summer Student at KPMG in the Deal Advisory Strategy Group. Sebastian also has experience as a Rugby Player, representing and captaining Hampshire Rugby for 4 seasons. Sebastian's educational background includes a BSc in Business Management from Cardiff University.
