Jonas Jonsson

Jonas Jonsson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jonas started their career in 2007 at the Swedish Armed Forces, where they served as a Lieutenant (N) and later as an Aide-de-camp. In 2012, Jonas had the opportunity to work as an Intern in the Office of the Defense Attaché at the Embassy of Sweden.

In 2013, Jonas joined 4C Strategies, a leading provider of organisational readiness and military training management solutions. Jonas started as an Analyst and worked their way up to become the Managing Director. Their responsibilities included supporting capability development, business continuity, risk and crisis management for military, public, and private clients in over 70 countries. Jonas held this position until the present, focusing on utilizing the Exonaut® software and advisory services.

During their tenure at 4C Strategies, Jonas also held several other roles. From July 2015 to July 2016, they served as a Consultant at 4C International. In February 2015, they assumed the role of Head of Legal, overseeing legal matters within the company until December 2019. Additionally, from July 2016 to July 2017, Jonas worked as a Senior Consultant and Head of Business Development, utilizing their expertise to drive the company's growth.

In January 2020, Jonas took on the position of Senior Legal Counsel at 4C Strategies, further contributing to the company's legal affairs. Their extensive experience in both legal and military fields has positioned him well for their roles within 4C Strategies and has enabled him to make valuable contributions to the company's success.

Jonas Jonsson began their education in 2006 at the Swedish Military Academy, where they studied Leadership, Navigation, and Mine Countermeasure until 2007. Jonas then pursued further education at Lund University from 2008 to 2013, focusing on the field of Law.
