Joshua Rice

Joshua Rice has a strong work experience background in operations management and training. Joshua started their career in the British Army, where they served as a Lieutenant-Captain and Troop Commander, managing a troop of 30 soldiers and leading them on exercises and operations in Afghanistan. Joshua also served as a Captain in the Artillery Regiment, where they managed training and professional development for 120 personnel and provided specialist advice and operational planning in a long-term deployment.

Following their military career, Joshua worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director - Operations Manager, where they managed global financial products, projects, and operations teams. Joshua oversaw trade risk management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, as well as staffing and team action plans to drive high performance and efficiency.

Currently, Joshua is working at 4C Strategies as the Head of Operations APAC. Joshua is responsible for delivering climate resilience software and services to organizations in the APAC region and worldwide, helping them on their journey to net zero.

Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, and has a customer-oriented approach.

Joshua Rice attended Stockport Grammar School from 1998 to 2005. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at The University of Birmingham from 2005 to 2008. No information is provided regarding the degree or field of study pursued during their university years.
