Paul Culwick

Paul Culwick has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul currently works as a military analyst at 4C Strategies, where they manage collective training exercises up to divisional level and delivers key software. Prior to this, they worked at Cubic Defence UK LTD as a training analyst, supporting British military collective combined arms training and analyzing current British army training. Paul also has experience in the construction industry, having worked as an assistant site manager at Bloor Homes, where they were responsible for health and safety standards and compliance with build programs. Paul spent a significant portion of their career in the British Army, where they reached the rank of warrant officer class 2. During their time in the military, they served in various roles including senior training manager, senior transport manager, stores and accounts manager, and fleet manager. Paul also worked as a senior training manager and senior transport manager in HM Forces. In these roles, they managed busy training departments, conducted technical and management courses, and oversaw logistical operations and stores management.
