Paul Steel MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Paul currently serves as the Director of Sales at 4C Strategies since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows starting from October 2022.

From October 2021 to February 2023, Paul held the position of Vice President of Land Logistics & Training Services at Leonardo. Before that, they were the Head of Training & Logistics Solutions UK at Lockheed Martin from February 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they provided overall leadership and support to the UK business unit, overseeing program and financial governance.

Paul also has experience at CAE, where they served as the Head of Programme Management UK from February 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at CAE from October 2016 to February 2017 and from March 2016 to October 2016, respectively.

Prior to their time at CAE, Paul worked at Saab Training & Simulation as a Program Manager for DTES from July 2014 to March 2016. Paul also served as an Operations Manager for Training Support and Simulation at Saab - Simulation and Training from December 2013 to June 2014.

Paul's career started in the British Army, where they held various roles. Paul was a TTESIK Team Leader at Saab AB from May 2012 to January 2014. Paul also served as a Major and Student at the Defence Academy from June 2011 to April 2012. Before that, they were a Major in the Field Training unit UK in the British Army from June 2009 to June 2011, where they led large-scale training events and delivered training packages to thousands of individuals.

Paul Steel MBA completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Defence Technology from Cranfield University from 2011 to 2012. Their undergraduate education includes a BA (Hons) in Financial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Paul holds a certification as an APM Member from the Association for Project Management, which they obtained in August 2020.
