Susan Palm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Susan is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at 4CRisk.ai, where they utilize leading technologies to help companies manage and defend their compliance programs. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Advisor at Data Safeguard Inc., where they focused on social innovation and strategy. Susan also held senior positions at MetricStream, including Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Senior Vice President of Industry Solutions. Additionally, Susan worked as the Chief Audit and Risk Executive at Sterling Savings Bank and as an Executive Advisor at both Headstrong and Cisco Systems. Susan began their career at Wells Fargo, where they served as a Senior Vice President. Throughout their career, Susan has gained extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance.

Susan Palm obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lawrence University. Susan then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2005 to complete an Executive Program, focusing on Strategy and Management.
