Gerry Clemons

Director of Brand Management at 4D Healthware

Gerry Clemons began their career in 1989 as a Copywriter at Leo Burnett, where they wrote print, outdoor, radio and TV for brands such as McDonald's, Kellogg, Kraft and Maytag. In 1993, they moved to DMB&B to keep the shine on the Budweiser brand, writing and producing radio and developing concepts for TV. In 1995, Clemons joined Paradigm Communications as a Senior Copywriter, where they were responsible for developing creative concepts and copy, presenting to clients and overseeing production. In 1998, they moved to Veritas Advertising as Associate Creative Director, where they led the creative department and participated in client presentations and new business presentations. In 2012, they joined 4D Healthware as Director of Brand Management, building the brand from the ground up and synthesizing the overarching benefits into a living, breathing brand. Since 2016, Clemons has been working as a Creative Director and Copywriter for Freelance Marketing and Creative Services.

Gerry Clemons received their B.A. in Advertising and English from the University of Florida between 1976 and 1982. Gerry then earned a Certificate in Copywriting from the Miami Ad School Atlanta @ Portfolio Center in 1988.
