Maliheh Safari has a diverse work experience in the field of research. Starting in 2013, Maliheh worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Penn State University until 2017. In 2016, they also took on the role of Mentor. In 2018, Maliheh joined the University of California, San Francisco as a Postdoctoral Scholar and later transitioned to the role of Research Associate in April 2021. Recently, in 2021, Maliheh joined 4D Molecular Therapeutics as a Scientist.
Maliheh Safari completed their education in a chronological manner. Maliheh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Plant Protection from the University of Tehran. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Plant Pathology at the same university. Later, they attended Penn State University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Plant Pathology and Environmental Microbiology.
