Paula Lea

Paula Lea serves as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager at 4D Molecular Therapeutics since May 2019, having previously held the position of Senior Clinical Trial Assistant. At 4DMT, the focus is on pioneering gene therapy innovations for rare diseases. Prior to this role, Paula worked at CareDx, Inc. from July 2015 to March 2019 as a Clinical Research Associate II, where responsibilities included leading study start-up activities, conducting monitoring visits, and overseeing study-related documentation. Earlier experience includes positions as a Clinical Research Associate I and Registered Dental Hygienist, showcasing a strong foundation in both clinical research and patient care. Paula holds a Certificate of Completion from Barnett International, an AAS in Dental Hygiene from New York University - College of Dentistry, and a BS in Nutrition Science and Gerontology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
