Roxanne Croze

Roxanne Croze, PhD, is an accomplished leader in the field of gene therapy, currently serving as Director of Vector and Product Development at 4D Molecular Therapeutics, where the focus is on innovative AAV gene therapy. Roxanne has progressed through various roles at 4DMT, including Associate Director and Scientist II, since joining the company in October 2016. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral scholarship at UCSF and research roles at UC Santa Barbara and Harvard Medical School. Roxanne holds a PhD and an MA in Cellular and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
