Ryan Rushworth

Ryan Rushworth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan started their career at Smart Energy USA as a Direct Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they worked at The Foundation for Critical Thinking as a Warehouse and Distribution Manager from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for logistics management, data entry, customer service support, event organization, IT troubleshooting, editing, and AV support.

In 2017, Ryan joined AGC Biologics as an Engineering Support Technician, where they specialized in troubleshooting and repairing utility systems such as autoclaves, WFI still, and clean steam generators. Ryan also demonstrated proficiency in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC, and clean steam.

Currently, Ryan is employed at 4D Molecular Therapeutics, where they initially served as a Facilities Associate from 2019 to 2021. Ryan then transitioned into the role of Facilities and EH&S Lead in January 2021. Additional details about their responsibilities in this position were not provided.

Ryan Rushworth began their education in 2011 at Empire College School of Business, where they studied Information Technology. Ryan attended this institution until 2013. In 2015, Ryan enrolled at Santa Rosa Junior College and earned an Associate's degree in Sound Engineering by 2016. From 2018 to 2021, they pursued Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Diablo Valley College. In August 2021, Ryan obtained a certification in the OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training Program from the International Accreditors for Continuing Education & Training (IACET).
