Rolands Mekšs

Rolands Mekšs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rolands started their career as an IT Consultant, providing services to small and medium businesses. Rolands then transitioned to Solcraft, where they worked as a Software Engineer, responsible for server installations and systems consulting. In 2011, Rolands joined 4finance as a Developer, contributing to the development of their micro-crediting platform. Rolands later became the Head of Software Development in Poland, leading a large team and ensuring the smooth operation of the development site. Rolands also worked as a Systems Engineer, maintaining infrastructure and implementing DevOps concepts. Their most recent role at 4finance was as the Head of Platform Infrastructure Engineering & Support, where they led a team, developed a cloud strategy, and migrated infrastructure to AWS.
