Claudia M. Colbert has over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications. Claudia M. is currently the Director of Marketing Communications at 4FRONT Engineered Solutions, where they develop marketing strategies for multiple brands and manages internal and external communications. Prior to that, Claudia worked as a Marketing & Communications Manager at Varispark and as the Director of Marketing at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Claudia M. also has experience as a Marketing Specialist at Perry Homes and as a New Home Sales Manager at KB Home. Throughout their career, Claudia has demonstrated success in brand awareness, event planning, data analysis, and sales management.

Claudia M. Colbert holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer Science from the University of Houston. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2011, they earned the Series 6 & Series 63 certifications from FINRA. In 2019, Claudia completed a certification program in Print Production: Digital and Variable Data Printing from LinkedIn. Most recently, in July 2021, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
