Becca Burghardi

Becca Burghardi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and compliance, particularly within the cannabis manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Products at 4Front Ventures since 2019, Becca has held roles such as Senior Product Development Manager and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Becca is the VP of Compliance & Packaging at the Washington Cannabusiness Association and Board President at NWCS-Northwest Cannabis Solutions. With a solid academic background in Geochemistry from The Evergreen State College, Becca has also contributed to education as a Lead Tutor/Tutor Supervisor at the Quantitative and Symbolic Reasoning Center, where tutoring in various chemistry subjects was provided. Early career experiences include working as a Cutting Counter consultant at JoAnn Fabric and Crafts and as a Server at Noodles & Company.
