Tera Martin

Tera Martin currently serves as Chief of Staff at 4Front Ventures since January 2019 and has been the Founder and Executive Director of the Pink Gene Foundation since August 2013, where responsibilities include accounting, outreach programs, and educating women on early detection and genetic testing. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Product Development at Northwest Cannabis Solutions, and Director of Operations at Seattle 420, focusing on business development and brand development. Tera has also held positions in business development and operations management at I-502 Investments, along with catering management roles at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego and Andaz Hotels by Hyatt. Tera Martin earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University in 2007.
