Eloy Mazon

Eloy Mazon is the Chief Executive Officer of 4GLOBAL PLC, a position held since November 2002, where leadership includes overseeing business strategy and daily operations while advising on legacy and operational delivery for major sporting events globally, including the Lima 2019 PanAmerican and ParaPan Games and the Central American and Caribbean Games. Mazon has extensive experience as an independent advisor for World Rugby and has played crucial roles in security operations for significant events such as the Dubai Expo 2020, the London 2017 IAAF World Championships, and the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Previous roles at Sperrin Lakeland Health and Social Trust, Scott Wilson, and Atkins contributed to a diverse background in programme management and infrastructure projects. Mazon holds an MBA in Strategy from Imperial College London.
