Tj Fund

TJ Fund has a strong background in corporate operations and legal counsel. TJ currently holds the position of EVP, Corporate Operations & CLO at 4Life Research. Prior to this, they served as SVP & General Counsel at NMI from 2019 to 2022. In their role as General Counsel at OpenEdge from 2011 to 2019, TJ was responsible for various legal functions including M&A diligence, contract negotiation, and risk management. TJ also held leadership roles as a member of the Board of Directors at the Association of Corporate Counsel and as the Chair of CAL Advisory Board at UVU - Center for the Advancement of Leadership. Throughout their career, TJ has also contributed as a board member for eLearning Brothers and Utah Valley University. TJ gained valuable experience as Corporate Counsel at Nature's Sunshine Products and Nutraceutical Corporation, focusing on international matters. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Kirton & McConkie, specializing in international law.

From 1995 to 1999, TJ Fund attended Utah Valley University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management. They later pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Corporate and International Law emphasis from BYU Law School, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
