Matthew Osborne

Matthew Osborne serves as the Head of Public Sector at 4M Analytics since October 2025, focusing on expanding the company's reach within the public sector through the development of high-performing teams and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Matthew held various senior sales and marketing positions, including VP of Sales and Marketing at Avicado Construction Technology Services, Sales Director at Aurigo Software Technologies, and VP of Regional Sales at Rhumbix. Matthew's extensive experience in sales management includes significant tenures at e-Builder, Meridian Systems, Primavera Systems, and ATG, as well as initial project management roles at Trammell Crow Company. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-med/Bio from Providence College, earned in 1994.
