Emma Heathcote is an experienced financial services professional with a robust background in credit risk management and analytics. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Client Partner at 4most since February 2021, Emma delivers credit risk, governance, and analytical solutions to the banking and financial services sector. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Head of Retail Risk at Virgin Money UK PLC from February 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end retail credit risk for over 100 FTE. Emma's extensive career at HSBC spanned nearly two decades, encompassing roles such as Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Risk, European Head of Risk Analytics, and Head of Retail IRB Modelling, demonstrating a strong track record in risk management, compliance, and leadership across multiple regions and products. Educational credentials include a degree in Applied Statistics from Sheffield Hallam University.
