Jon Hirschi

Jon Hirschi is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing large cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering and DevOps at 4over since January 2020, Jon leads a team of 40 professionals to ensure the seamless automated delivery of orders for a major printing enterprise. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at a $200 million printing company, Manager of Software Development at Capital Brands, LLC, where Jon successfully designed an ERP system, and ownership of an e-commerce venture, Wokits LLC. Jon's technical expertise is complemented by a Master's in Business Administration from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing from Utah State University.
