Monika Chlebicz

Monika Chlebicz is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as Teamlead Development at 4PS since January 2022, Monika has previously held the position of Manager R&D at Objectif Lune from August 2016 to January 2022, and Teamleader Development/Scrum Master at CAL Consult Nederland B.V. from July 2007 to July 2016. Monika's expertise includes analyzing business needs, functional design, team leadership, scrum implementation, coaching developers, and managing project progress. Additionally, Monika has experience as a QA Consultant, focusing on test policy development, execution, and process improvement. Monika holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering and Administration from the Internationales Hochschulinstitut Zittau and two Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Wroclaw.
