Marina Serea

Marina Serea's work experience began in 2007 at Computer Generated Solutions, where they served as a Senior Recruiter until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Marina worked as a Recruitment and Communication Coordinator at MB Group. Following that, they became a Recruitment Coordinator at Global Staffing from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Marina joined 4PSA as a Director in the Office of CEO, where they provided advice on people-related matters. Marina held this position until 2015, when they transitioned to their current role as Director in the Office of CEO at Hubgets. At Hubgets, Marina focuses on connecting team members and removing barriers to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.

Marina Serea received a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in pedagogy from the Pedagogical High School of Ploiesti, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Marina then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at the University of Bucharest from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Marina obtained a certification in HR Management from Arrow Training Services in September 2007.
