Brooke Lazeo

Brooke Lazeo is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at 4Refuel since May 2021, Brooke has previously held positions such as Human Resources Services Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes working as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Frew Energy Limited from March 2019 to May 2021, and as a Human Resources Generalist on contract with the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. Brooke’s earlier roles involve coordination and generalist functions in human resources at Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre and Pleasant Manor and Tabor Manor, as well as an internship at The Home Depot. With academic qualifications including a Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Niagara College and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Brock University, Brooke combines educational credentials with extensive hands-on experience in the HR field.
