Tomasz Rados serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz was a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant with the European Commission, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. In addition to professional roles, Tomasz was an active member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes working with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, as well as leadership at Network PL, which supports Polish professionals in international organizations. Tomasz began a career within the European Commission in various capacities after serving as a Referendarz at the Ministry of Economy and Labour from 2003 to 2005. Educationally, Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
