Francesca Rulli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and process management. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Y Hub since June 2023, Francesca also holds the position of Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Process Factory Srl, which was established in 2006 to enhance organizational efficiency through process centrality. In 2013, Francesca founded 4sustainability, a multidimensional assurance system aimed at transforming the fashion and luxury industries towards sustainability. Additionally, Francesca is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Ympact, which integrates sustainable development consulting with digital expertise. Active in the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme as Co-chair of the ZDHC Academy Steering Committee since January 2023, Francesca's earlier roles include a process analyst at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa and quality manager at Brachi Testing Services. Francesca holds a Laurea in Economia aziendale from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
