Anne van Houwelingen

Anne Van Houwelingen is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management, consulting, and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as an interim Project Manager at Rijkswaterstaat, Anne is involved in the Water Data Rijkswaterstaat (WADAR) project and the Waterstaat Register Data (WRD) initiative, both aimed at enhancing water data infrastructure. As a Consulting Partner and Linked Partner at 4Synergy, Anne collaborates with other IT professionals to exchange knowledge and leverage opportunities. With a strong background in IT advisory and management since 2019, Anne also owned businesses in photography and coaching from 2012 to 2020. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at TomTom, where leadership in application development was essential, and Associate Director at CMG, focusing on consultancy and project management. Anne holds a Master of Science degree in Astrophysics (Cum Laude) from Utrecht University, completed in 1987.
