Jens-Peter Marschner

Jens-Peter Marschner is an accomplished medical executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at 4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals since October 2024, Marschner previously held the same position at APIM Therapeutics from June 2020 to October 2024 and at Zelluna Immunotherapy from June 2019 to June 2020. Additional roles include TA Head Oncology for Western Europe and Canada at AbbVie from June 2017 to May 2019, and Chief Medical Officer at Affimed AG from October 2013 to August 2016. Marschner's career began at Merck KGaA, where spent 14 years as Vice President of the Clinical Development Center focused on oncology. Early roles included Clinical Project Manager at Bayer Vital and Scientific Advisor at Böhringer Mannheim/Roche. Marschner earned an MD and became a Board Certified Clinical Pharmacologist at Goethe University Frankfurt between 1990 and 1995.
