Cristie Felix

Cristie Felix has a long and varied work experience. Cristie began their career in 1999 with Performance Impact, Inc., where they held the role of Senior Account Executive and Director of Client Services. In 2013, they joined The Center for Leadership Studies as Vice President of Sales, where they partnered with Marketing to establish an ideal customer profile and achieved 138% YoY growth in targeted customer contracts. In 2017, Cristie became VP of Innovation at 4th Down Solutions, connecting with clients to provide innovative solutions to engage their teams and drive organizational objectives. In the same year, they also took on the role of Semi Retired.

Cristie Felix has a diverse education history. Cristie first attended West Virginia University from 1986 to 1988, studying Elemetary Education. Cristie then attended Wilma Boyd School of Business - Private College from 1989 to 1991, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). In 1988, they also attended Univ of Pittsburgh at J-town, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Cristie has received several certifications, including CPTM - Certified Professional Training Manager from Training Industry, Inc. in 2016, Kirkpatrick Webinar Participant from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in 2016, and Getting to Kirkpatrick® Levels 3 and 4 Program Participant from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in 2015.
