Michael Conley

Michael Conley is an experienced Lighting Designer and Technician with a diverse background in the live event industry. Currently serving as a Lighting Designer at Lucid Aesthetic since April 2019, Conley has contributed to major music festivals and art installations. In addition to this role, Conley works as a Lighting Programmer and Technician at 4Wall Entertainment and as a Lighting Technician at Bluewater Technologies Group. Previous experience includes positions as Lighting Designer for The Intersection and Frederick Meijer Gardens, as well as Lighting Technician for Lynchpin, where responsibilities encompassed design and technical support for corporate and live events. Conley's earlier roles involved production management and CAD engineering at Tent Venue. Conley’s education includes studies in Organic Chemistry at Grand Rapids Community College.
