Laura Aguero

Laura Aguero is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate, arts administration, and music education. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Pennie Carroll and Associates Real Estate since March 2024, Laura also holds the position of Director of Development at 4word since August 2020. Previously, Laura worked at the Oregon Symphony from 2019 to March 2020 as Director of Programs-Salem and served as the Executive Director of the Oregon Symphony Association in Salem from July 2015 to March 2020, overseeing staff and community engagement. Laura's earlier roles include Community Outreach Coordinator and Voice Professor at Willamette University, as well as Voice Teacher at Katy ISD. Holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Music from Texas Tech University, Laura has a strong foundation in music performance and education.
