Barbara Boden is a seasoned professional in the consulting and amenity services sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of 4xi Global Consulting since May 2020. With a focus on optimizing the connection between people, culture, and workplace through hospitality-enabled work experiences, Barbara leads a range of transformative services. Prior to this role, Barbara spent over 15 years at JPMorgan Chase, where positions included VP of Dining & Conference Centers and culminated in the role of Managing Director of Amenity Services. During tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Barbara developed the company’s first Global Amenity Services operating model, successfully integrating corporate acquisitions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Barbara holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Smith College and the University of Lynchburg.
