Francisco Javier Morales

Francisco Javier Morales has significant experience in the outdoor apparel industry. Francisco Javier is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of 5.11 Tactical, a role they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of the company from September 2018 to January 2024. Francisco also co-founded Invigour8 Trading Co. LTD, where they served as the Co-Founder and President from October 2002 to April 2008. Francisco Javier Morales earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Apparel Management from Philadelphia University from 1994 to 1998. Francisco Javier later pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2009 to 2011.
