Ryan Nishi

Ryan Nishi has a strong background in finance and auditing. Ryan began their career at CBIZ - Audit, Tax, Advisory as an Associate and later worked at Quest Software and Toyota NUMMI in the field of internal auditing. In 2005, they joined KPMG LLP as a Senior Associate, specializing in audit and SOX 404 compliance. In 2009, Ryan Nishi joined Volt Information Sciences, where they served as the Finance Lead for a PeopleSoft reimplementation project. Ryan then moved on to Skilled Healthcare, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting and Internal Audit Manager. In 2015, they joined CKE Restaurants, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Audit. Currently, since 2017, Ryan Nishi holds the position of Director of US Controller at 5.11 Tactical.

Ryan Nishi earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from UCLA in 2003. Ryan also holds a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
