Tara Narayan

Tara Narayan is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the fashion and apparel industry. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at 5.11 Tactical since June 2025, Tara has previously held key leadership roles including SVP Marketing and Brand Consultant/Advisor at FILA from September 2019 to September 2024, and Chief Marketing Officer at True Religion Brand Jeans from October 2015 to December 2018. Tara's earlier experience includes positions as Chief Marketing Officer at Bailey44 and Vice President of Marketing for Splendid & Ella Moss at VF Corporation. Tara holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Francisco State University, earned between January 1988 and January 1992.
