Welcome to the 5 Dimensions Trust. We are a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) that serves children and young students of west Milton Keynes. Our collaborative of schools are two high-performing secondary schools – The Hazeley Academy and Shenley Brook End School; and one high-performing primary school - Priory Rise School.

The 5 Dimensions Trust exists to “grow a vibrant community of exceptional people”. We bring this to life through our 5 Dimensions:

1) Collaborating to ensure a truly holistic education,
2) Rising together to the rigour of academic challenge,
3) Sharing to create a positive, high performing environment for staff,
4) Creating a supportive partnership with parents, carers and families,
5) Crafting a meaningful partnership with our wider community.
