Makoa Vincent

Makoa Vincent has been serving as District Manager at 5 Star Nutrition LLC since January 2016, where significant achievements include turning around three underperforming stores, resulting in record yearly revenue increases, and opening a new store that also reached an all-time revenue high. Makoa has demonstrated strong leadership skills by building high-performance cultures, developing teams, conducting financial analyses, implementing marketing strategies, and managing HR functions. Previous roles included General Manager and Sales Associate, where Makoa focused on team operations, customer service, and sales processes. Before joining 5 Star Nutrition, Makoa served as a Cryptologic Linguist in the US Army, specializing in Pashto and working at the NSA. Makoa is a graduate of Kapolei High School.
