Gail Y.

Gail Y. is an experienced professional in product design and mentorship, currently serving as a mentor at 500 Startups since June 2016, where contributions include advising startups on branding and marketing design. Gail has held multiple leadership roles at CTO.ai, including COO and VP of Product, and served as a fractional COO at Vexels. Prior mentorship experience encompasses positions at Commonwealth Ventures and Sequoia Capital's Ascent program, supporting women leaders in tech. Gail's design expertise was demonstrated at AdStage as Design Director, leading initiatives in UI/UX design, and as co-founder of The Engineer & The Designer, a consulting firm focused on data and design strategies.
