SuperCharger Fintech Accelerator is a 12-week program dedicated to both start-ups and more established global FinTech companies aiming to capture the Asian growth market. The program leverages on financial centers and key partners to provide access to go-to-market resources, outstanding mentorship, as well as unrivaled technology and expert advice in areas such as market entry, regulatory obligations, and joint-venture opportunities.

The Malaysia accelerator works closely with financial institutions like Standard Chartered and Allianz, as well as government entities like Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).

Soon Tew is responsible for the curriculum design for 2 cohorts of our startups to successfully secured 14 proof of concept (PoC) with financial institutions (Allianz, OCBC, RHB, Khazanah, PNB and few others financial institutions). The PoCs are recorded to generate an estimated MYR15mil+ of business value for the financial institutions by end of our second cohort in 2018.

Within SuperCharger, they oversee the programme direction to make sure we successfully achieve the outcome we are looking for by having regular reviews and incorporate our learning feedback to reiterate our key activities to better achieve our key results using tools like OKRs and Scrum.

Poh Soon Tew received their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
