Shane Cullen

Shane Cullen possesses extensive experience in development and fundraising across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Development at 50/50 Women on Boards since October 2023, Shane is focused on expanding corporate sponsorships and securing foundation grants. Previously, as Director of Development at WIN, Shane implemented comprehensive development strategies that included grant writing and cultivating individual and corporate donations. At the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, Shane held multiple roles, culminating in the oversight of event planning and membership engagement. Notable achievements at the Foundation Fighting Blindness involved managing volunteer chapters and executing strategic fundraising events. Shane's earlier experience includes community engagement initiatives with Hostelling International USA and program coordination roles at Azusa Pacific University. Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Azusa Pacific University.
