Jing Li

Jing Li is currently the Co-Founder and COO of a digital marketing and BD consulting firm for the Lower Middle Market, specializing in LinkedIn marketing, videography, BD consulting, and virtual events. Prior to this role, Jing worked as an Associate at Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li, LLC and as an Attorney focused on cross-border M&A, capital markets, and commercial real estate at CKR LAW LLP and Zhong Lun New York LLP. Jing also has experience in international commercial law, fixed income markets analysis, business development, and advising on doing business in China. Jing holds a Master of Laws in International Law from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's in Law with a minor in English from Sun Yat-sen University.
