Kelli Thomason

Kelli Thomason is an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Senior HR Consultant at 512Financial since September 2025. Kelli also operates Kelli Thomason Consulting, a referral-only career and reputation management firm established in 2004. Previously, Kelli served in various leadership roles at HireBetter from August 2008 to September 2025, including Vice President of Advisory Services and Senior Director of Human Resources and Operations, where responsibilities focused on strategic project management across multiple departments. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, contributing to culture and employee relations initiatives.
